Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Internal Communications Specialist with 12+ years of experience and Arabic as a native language to join our dynamic communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing internal communication campaigns, organizing team-building activities, creating surveys, and analyzing reports. The role requires exceptional copywriting and content development skills, as well as the ability to manage a House of Brands internal communication strategy while supporting the integration of new businesses and culture transformation. The candidate must possess strong strategic thinking skills, the ability to develop training materials, and deliver training programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent and effective communication across the organization, fostering employee engagement, and reinforcing company values.
