Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Events and CSR to lead the planning, execution, and management of high-profile corporate events and CSR initiatives for MAIR Group. This role is vital for enhancing brand equity and driving social impact, while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in managing high-profile events and CSR programs, with a proven track record of delivering high return on investment (ROI) and brand awareness. The candidate should be bilingual, with Arabic as their first language and fluency in English. Additionally, strong expertise in project management, production, and brand development is essential. The candidate must demonstrate excellent copywriting and proofreading skills to ensure that all event and CSR-related communications are polished and aligned with the company’s tone of voice. The individual must be able to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
