Job Overview

We are seeking a Brand Operation Director for our Spar UAE retail franchise chain. This role will lead and optimize the operations of our retail stores and sales networks through strategic sales initiatives, sales network optimization, store operations, inventory and merchandise management, customer engagement, and employee engagement. The goal is to achieve sales targets, deliver superior customer service, and ensure operational excellence.
